Delivery

Delivery is free on everything, with no minimum spend.

Beds and mattresses

Two-person delivery to the room of your choice. Once you've ordered, we'll book you in within 24 hours and send you a text and an email with a link to our booking portal, where you can choose a weekday that suits you. We'll text you a 3-hour delivery window the evening before. Most orders arrive within 7 days.

Within 50 miles of our base in Bolton, our own team delivers, and you can add Unpack & Assembly (£69), Recycling of your old bed or mattress (£49), or Premium Installation (£99.99, both in one visit). Further afield, your order is delivered by our trusted delivery partner.

Bedding

Duvets, pillows and bed linen come by parcel, straight to your door. It usually arrives within 3 to 5 working days.

Where we deliver

We deliver to England, Wales and much of Scotland. We can't deliver to these Scottish postcode areas: AB (Aberdeen), DD (Dundee), FK (Falkirk), IV (Inverness), KW (Kirkwall), KY (Kirkcaldy), PA (Paisley) and PH (Perth). We also can't deliver to the Scottish islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly, or outside the UK.

Not sure? Pop your postcode into the checker on any bed or mattress page, or call us. If an order does come through for an address we can't reach, we'll call you and refund you in full.

Damaged on arrival

Please let us know as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours, with a couple of photos, and we'll put it right. See our Refund Policy for returns.
