Delivery & Assembly

How it works

We deliver free to the room of your choice, anywhere on the UK mainland.

Once you've placed your order, we'll get it booked in within 24 hours. You'll receive a text and an email with a link to our booking portal, where you can choose a delivery day that works for you (Monday to Friday), or cancel if you've changed your mind. Most orders arrive within 7 days.

On the day


You'll get a reminder text the day before, and we'll give you a 3-hour delivery window the evening before so you're not waiting around all day. We'll need a mobile number and email address to arrange all of this.

Scotland surcharges


We deliver across the UK mainland, but there's a surcharge of £26 for the following Scottish postcodes: 
PA 1–19 (Paisley) | FK (Falkirk) | KY (Kirkcaldy) | PH (Perth) | DD (Dundee) | AB (Aberdeen) | IV (Inverness) | KW (Kirkwall).
Orders to surcharge areas are booked within 5 days, with delivery in 10–14 days.

What to expect


Our delivery team will carry your order to the room of your choice. The service doesn't include unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal. If the team feel that getting something into a particular room might risk damage to the product or your home, they'll leave it somewhere safe and convenient instead.

Delivery

Do you deliver abroad?
A: At present, we do not offer international delivery. We can deliver to any UK mainland address should you wish to arrange onward shipping independently.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
A: Yes — we deliver to Northern Ireland at an additional cost. Delivery times may be slightly longer than mainland UK. Estimated delivery dates and price will be shown at checkout.

Do you offer free delivery?
A: Yes — FREE Mainland UK delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Do you deliver to a room of choice?
A: Yes — Room of Choice delivery is included as standard on every order.

How long does delivery take?

  • Smaller home items: 3–5 working days
  • Furniture & larger items: 5–10 working days
  • Some luxury or specialist items may take longer — we will contact you to keep you updated.

Do you offer next-day delivery?
A: Selected items may offer faster delivery. Availability will be shown at checkout.

Do you deliver on weekends?
A: Weekend delivery may be available for certain items and locations. If available, this will be shown at checkout.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Couriers provide time windows where possible.

Will I be contacted before delivery?
A: In most cases, you’ll receive tracking or a notification from the courier before delivery.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
A: Please contact our Customer Care Team and we’ll investigate for you.

Can I change my delivery date?
A: Delivery dates can sometimes be amended before dispatch. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.

What if I miss my delivery?
A: Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help rearrange delivery.

Should I dispose of my old item before delivery?
A: We recommend keeping your existing item until your new product has arrived and been checked.

A: Yes — we offer like-for-like recycling when purchasing a replacement item.

What happens to recycled items?
A: Items are sent to approved recycling partners where materials are separated and reused where possible.

A: Yes — items must be dismantled and ready for collection.

Are the beds easy to set up?
A: Yes — your product will come with instruction on how to build, we recommend 2 people and it usually takes around 1 hour. If you need any support please contact our team who will be happy to assist. 

Are your products brand new?
A: Yes — all retail items are supplied as new.

Will my product look exactly like the images?
A: Images are accurate, though minor colour variations may occur.

What is a rolled mattress?
A: A mattress compressed and boxed for easier delivery. It expands once opened.

How long does a mattress take to expand?
A: Initial expansion takes around 4 hours. Full expansion may take up to 72 hours.

How long does a mattress take to settle?
A: Approximately 6–8 weeks.

Why does my mattress have a slight odour?
A: New materials can have a temporary smell which fades with ventilation.
