That’s why all of our products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s guarantee, giving you that bit of reassurance from the start.

On selected products, you’ll get up to 5 years of cover, depending on the range and manufacturer. It’s a reflection of the quality of the materials and the way the product has been made.

What this means for you

If there’s a manufacturing fault, you’re covered. We’ll work with the manufacturer to put things right, keeping it as straightforward as possible.
