Do you deliver abroad?
A: At present, we do not offer international delivery. We can deliver to any UK mainland address should you wish to arrange onward shipping independently.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
A: Yes — we deliver to Northern Ireland at an additional cost. Delivery times may be slightly longer than mainland UK. Estimated delivery dates and price will be shown at checkout.
Do you offer free delivery?
A: Yes — FREE Mainland UK delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend.
Do you deliver to a room of choice?
A: Yes — Room of Choice delivery is included as standard on every order.
How long does delivery take?

Are the beds easy to set up?
A: Yes — your product will come with instruction on how to build, we recommend 2 people and it usually takes around 1 hour. If you need any support please contact our team who will be happy to assist.
Are your products brand new?
A: Yes — all retail items are supplied as new.
Will my product look exactly like the images?
A: Images are accurate, though minor colour variations may occur.
What is a rolled mattress?
A: A mattress compressed and boxed for easier delivery. It expands once opened.
How long does a mattress take to expand?
A: Initial expansion takes around 4 hours. Full expansion may take up to 72 hours.
How long does a mattress take to settle?
A: Approximately 6–8 weeks.
Why does my mattress have a slight odour?
A: New materials can have a temporary smell which fades with ventilation.
